If you are unable to connect to the network drive letter F: you must reboot your machine and login to the company domain propertly.

Why does the order entry software also default to the customer last name when searching and is there a way to change this?Use SHIFT+ENTER to open the menu (new window).
This is the default setting for the order entry software.  This can be modified per user ID under the Edit settings, Preferences, Default search settings.  You can see the various search settings from this screen.

What is the protocol if my PC is not running correctly?Use SHIFT+ENTER to open the menu (new window).
