The Scully Group
The Scully Group is a full-service design firm that specializes in strategic thinking, identity design and brand creation. Maximizing traditional and digital media, we create messages that consistently deliver action provoking impressions.
The Scully Group works with 30 to 40 clients concurrently and many of those clients have multiple projects at the same time. They needed a well-organized and easy to use system to manage their workload. Constant communication with their clients was key but they also needed a way to schedule the workflow internally. Here are some of goals The Scully Group accomplished with SharePoint:
- Project Management System
- Secure Online Client Workspaces
- Project and Meeting Calendars
- Hosting Credentials Database
The Scully Group uses SharePoint as a project management system. As each new client comes aboard a secure Client Project Site is created with just a few mouse clicks. Each site already has the pertinent documents, tasks and project timeline and is co-branded with the clients logo. From there the site is used to post mockups, client uploads and manage tasks. The ability to "see" where the project is at all times has added an increased level of comfort to their clients.
Being able to track hours for projects and retained clients is another productive feature SharePoint has brought to The Scully Group.
