Each Licensee needed a way to get approved photos and logos as well as an easy way to get updated dealer information to Biltmore. SharePoint provided the perfect solution!
As new documents, events and announcements are added to the site an Email Alert is automatically sent out making it easy for the Licensee's to stay informed and access files. At the same time, as licensee's are uploading information to Biltmore it is routed by design to the correct person for quick response.
